Have lived in this complex for 7 years. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The lay out is great and well thought out. Always have hot water and the washer and dryer being in our unit has been fantastic. Maintenance is super quick to respond and friendly. When we had a garage, and a snow storm froze our door shut, Nick came out at 5 in the morning in freezing temps to help us get it open so I could get to work on time. Management had our carpets cleaned and it looks brand new again. Very little problems with the apartment itself at all. Occasionally may hear the upstairs neighbor drop something but that's just apartment living. Fortunately we have great neighbors which helps too. The grounds are nice and we take frequent walks during nice weather. Pool area is standard. We've rented out the club house twice for birthday parties. The first time in 2015 there was an ant problem that the manager at the time wasn't interested in taking care of. We had to clean, dust and vacuum the space ourselves which was a little frustrating when it cost a $150 with a $100 reimbursement. We wont rent the space again but that has no affect on our satisfaction with the apartment itself. They do only offer Bloom Broadband internet but we've been happy with it. We do a lot of online gaming and only use streaming services for our entertainment. With the right modem and router (we use a gaming series called a nighthawk) we have access to our internet even outside in the parking lot. The one and only time we went over our data about 2 years in the office staff were great in helping us immediately switch over to a higher data plan and giving us tips on settings for Netflix and what not to help with data usage. The area itself is great, close to some shopping, restaurants, in a good neighborhood. We have looked into other apartments and buying a house but always decide to stay because Brentwood Park has served our needs so well for 7 years now.

Friendly location, No gym, Terrible internet service (should use their internet service for expensive charge with poor quality.)

Hands down the best apartments I've ever lived at. The prices of rent are very affordable since there aren't things they need to upkeep like gyms or on-site extras (there is a pool!). They cover utilities so the only thing you pay extra for is electric and internet--the latter is on-site fast speed internet which you can pay with your rent. Everything can be paid online which means no more paper checks! And lastly, if anything breaks, they are very expedient with replacing and repairing your apartment. Lastly the complex is located in a great area. We are minutes away from a ton of restaurants, gas stations, the bakery, and Alamo Draft House!

I've been living here for about a month now and I love it. My one and only complaint is that there's only one internet provider available, and they're on the pricier side. But other than that I can't find too much to complain about. Place is quiet, especially considering there are railroad tracks that run along the north side of the property. I'm right next to the tracks and I barely notice the train unless the patio door is open.
